new French oak barrels, which results in the wines' long ageing potential. Furthermore, the winery team focuses on sustainable farming, hand-harvesting, and the care and preservation of their monopoly vineyards to preserve the expression of their terroir wines.

chablis
Located in northern Burgundy, the Chablis region is known for its distinctive cool-climate Chardonnay. With its characteristic minerality, vibrant freshness, and subtle notes of citrus and green apple, Chablis offers a vibrant, pure expression of the grape variety. The region's ancient limestone soils give these wines a unique, fiery character that sets them apart. Whether the approachable Petit Chablis or the refined complexity of a Cru, wines from Chablis are a timeless choice for both casual enjoyment and fine dining.
Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits
Situated above Burgundy's famous Côte de Nuits, the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits produces vibrant wines from cool climates. The Pinot Noir here is fresh and fruit-forward, while the Chardonnay exhibits lively acidity and subtle minerality. This is an up-and-coming region offering excellent value and expressive Burgundian character.
