Domaine Rombeau
(Roussillon)
Domaine de Rombeau, one of Roussillon's most traditional wineries, dates back to 1727, when the de la Fabrègue family arrived in Rivesaltes from Lyon. By 1850, the family had amassed vineyards and was one of the first in the region to bottle wine. Barrels from this period can still be found at the estate today. The family survived phylloxera and two world wars, continually deepening the region's traditions while remaining open to the possibilities of the future. As Philippe Raspaud, the sixth-generation winemaker, says: "Tradition is alive."
Today, Domaine de Rombeau cultivates 90 hectares using sustainable, organic, and biodynamic methods, producing a range of wines, including Muscat de Rivesaltes, Rivesaltes, Côtes du Roussillon, and Côtes du Roussillon-Villages. They are most famous and celebrated for their cellar of old Rivesaltes wines dating back to the early 1950s.

Its diverse terroir—from coastal plains to rugged hills—produces full-bodied, fruity red wines (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre), sparkling white wines, and elegant rosés. The wines are lively, approachable, and full of southern French character.
Domaine du Peras
(Languedoc)
The Domaine du Peras is a historic winery in Abeilhan, in the heart of the Languedoc, whose origins date back to 1650. Situated on 38 hectares of clay and limestone vineyards, just 15 kilometers north of Béziers, this charming domaine focuses on producing a variety of single-varietal wines. Managed by Mathieu Merlet, the winery places great importance on transparent winemaking, with the grapes carefully harvested at night to preserve their vibrant aromas.
