Domaine Claire Bonnard (Loire Valley)
The domain was founded in 1956 by Bernard Bonnard in the Loire Valley on the border between Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. Today the domain is successfully managed by Claire and Martine Bonnard. The wines reflect the terrain in a modern yet typical way. The sisters' program includes characterful, sustainable white wines and elegant rosé wines.
Domaine Adele Rouze (Loire Valley)
Adèle Rouzé founded her own winery in 2003. She works with her brother, an oenologist, who, like Adèle, is also a winemaker.
The winery currently has 12 hectares of Sauvignon vines planted on sand and gravel soils resting on a clayey subsoil.
The vines are cultivated according to a sustainable viticulture concept that respects the environment and protects the fauna and flora.
Sancerre & Pouilly Fumé
The two large regions of the Cool Climate Sauvignon Blanc are the epitome of minerality, elegance and the exciting flint note.
Quincy
As the second oldest appellation in France and with exciting soil compositions such as sand, limestone and clay, Quincy produces a Cool Climate Sauvignon of its own kind.
